Alongside the machining phase, there is a dedicated island for testing machines, designed to perform leak tests both under "air-to-air" and "air-to-water" conditions.
This advanced system allows for the integration of quality control directly into the production process, optimizing and speeding up all verification stages. In this way, delivery times are significantly reduced, and logistics costs are lowered, as quality control is carried out in parallel with production, avoiding subsequent separate verification phases and the related movements of the parts.
Once the machining is completed, each individual part undergoes rigorous leak tests to check its impermeability, both to liquids and gases. These tests are essential to ensure that the components possess the required resistance and safety characteristics for their final use.
Parts that successfully pass these tests are then directed to final inspections, where they are examined once again to verify their compliance with the technical specifications and the required quality standards.
Subsequently, the components are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment, following the instructions provided by the customers.
In some cases, depending on the needs, additional impregnation operations are performed to improve the material's performance, followed by new leak tests.
This process ensures that each part leaving the production line complies with the highest quality standards and is ready to be used optimally in the various application contexts required by customers.
