LEAKING TEST DEPARTMENT

A special department is dedicated to “air-air” and “air-water” leak testing machines: quality control is integrated into the productive process, reducing times of delivery and logistic costs.
Once machined, pieces are leak tested, to guarantee their impermeability to liquids and gas.

Pieces that don’t present leaking problems proceed to final quality controls and are prepared for shipping. Leaking pieces, in accordance with the client’s requests, proceed to the vacuum impregnation process. Further leaking tests follow, to guarantee maximum standard of quality.

What is the impregnation
